Welcome
Learning can be loaded. We’re here to teach you and not a preconceived notion of who you might be; you are not your diagnosis or your struggles. You’ll learn about the how and why of many common ADHD struggles while exploring how your relationships and ability to regulate your emotions influence your attention and experience of ADHD. Through this (course), you’ll build a foundation that will give you new ways to think about old problems and create new solutions; trying differently instead of trying harder.
